1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Ridgeline Waterbury Concrete for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided by Ridgeline Waterbury Concrete, including but not limited to concrete installation, repair, resurfacing, and related construction services in Waterbury, CT and surrounding areas.

2. Services Provided

Ridgeline Waterbury Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including driveway installation and repair, concrete patios and walkways, foundations and slabs, concrete footings and retaining walls, concrete repair and resurfacing, stamped and decorative concrete, concrete cutting and removal, and commercial flatwork. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on site conditions at the time of inspection. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in the service agreement.

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe and will communicate any delays promptly. Weather-related delays are beyond our control and will not constitute a breach of contract.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be specified in your service agreement. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or natural wear and tear. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, obtaining necessary permits where required, and providing accurate information about underground utilities and property boundaries. Clients must also ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work area for safety reasons.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of the deposit. If work has already begun, you will be charged for materials purchased and work completed up to the point of cancellation.

9. Liability and Insurance

Ridgeline Waterbury Concrete carries appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all utilities are properly located before work begins.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from services provided will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.

11. Changes to Terms

Ridgeline Waterbury Concrete reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
